About a year ago NYC ordered all non-essential businesses to close indefinitely. At the time we were experiencing a surge in orders and working around the clock to fill them. Instead of shutting down completely, I turned off all our ads and moved our entire operation to my apartment in Brooklyn — where I was quarantining with my three young children.

Keeping the business afloat seemed impossible at the time, but I truly believe BGLH Marketplace customers are some of the best in the world. Customers were patient, kind and supportive as I filled orders in between doing remote learning with my kids. Many of you placed extra orders to ensure we wouldn’t go out of business, and we didn’t. 2020 was our highest sales year to date, and almost doubled our 2019 revenue. I found these photos from that time and wanted to share them with you all.
