We’re glad Doug is liking his mango butter (and thanks for shouting out our quick shipping. We’ve been working on it!) But it’s not surprising that the raw butter didn’t absorb well.
Why? Because raw shea, cocoa and mango butter are very dense, and (in the case of cocoa butter) very hard. They are definitely not easily absorbent.
What raw mango butter looks like
We sell raw shea, cocoa and mango butter because they are pure and powerful ingredients.
But we only recommend buying them if a. you’re familiar with their texture b. you plan on using them to make your own products at home c. you are applying them to a small/targeted area.
We definitely don’t recommend them for widespread/all-body use. Trust us, it’s too much of an ordeal!
