It’s been a few weeks since we launched UPS shiping on our site. We thought it would reduce the instances of melted product but our UPS customers have experienced HIGHER incidences of melting than our postal service/USPS customers.
This came as somewhat of a shock to me and I filmed a quick video to share what customers are telling us regarding melted product with UPS. You can watch it below.
Bottom line is this — if you are concerned about tracking/lost packages, then go with UPS. Their tracking is better than the postal system and they seem to take a bit more care with how they leave/hand off packages. However, if you’ve had good experiences with the postal service, I would say stick with them. Especially since UPS is more expensive.

Thanks to everyone who filled out the survey to help us pick our next 3 scents!
