Now if it’s one thing the ladies on the Real Housewives of Atlanta are known for, it’s drama, shade…and the occasional hair hat.
Well it appears RHOA star Cynthia Bailey is leading the charge for a day free of protective styles with her #nowignoweaveday. Bailey, who previously revealed her natural hair on Instagram posted the following photo with the wig/weave free hashtag.
Soon after she posted the following photo with her co-star Sheree Whitfield.
Even Nene Leakes participated in the #noweavenowignight in a photo that has since been deleted from Bailey’s Instagram account:

Why is it that a black woman has to have a hair reveal? I am a black woman and I’m super tired of other black woman claiming to love their natural hair but they stay unbeweaveable. I cant take you serious at all. Its like me saying “I love being brown” but I still bleach my skin. #whenuknowbetterdobetter
