3 Products I Love for My Sensitive, Eczema-Prone Skin

Because I have sensitive, eczema-prone skin, I’m very selective about what I put on it. If I can be frank, I like my skincare products the way I like my relationships: natural, consistent, and worth my time! Lol.

My favorite skincare products have been heavily researched and, thankfully, stood the test of time. 

Here are my 3 favorites;

1. CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser

Before using CeraVe’s daily face wash, I was afraid to try new things on my face due to how sensitive it is. But one of my friends who also has sensitive skin told me about the CeraVe cleanser. I’ve been using it for a little over a year now and I love it!

My favorite thing about it is that it has salicylic acid and is light enough to be used twice a day. It also has exfoliating properties. When I forget to use it, I notice my skin is drier and sometimes flaky. 

2. Black Girl Sunscreen

Black Girl Sunscreen is the best sunscreen I’ve ever used. Before using this product, I couldn’t find a sunscreen that worked well for my skin. They either left me looking like Casper the friendly ghost or were too thick and oily.

Black Girl Sunscreen is made with darker skin in mind. Just like BGLH whipped butter, a little goes a long way. I put a few dots on my skin in the morning and rub it in. It adds a nice natural glow to my skin, and I never look too oily or like I was playing in baby powder. 

3. BGLH Marketplace whipped butters

Of course, BGLH whipped butters are on my list! I’ve been using them for almost ten years (as long as the company has been around!) and they’ve stayed great since day one. Since using BGLH products, I’ve seen a noticeable change in my skin. My eczema, dark spots, and bumpy patches are either all gone or much better.
