Every time a customer tells us they’ve thrown out their melted butter, we shed a single tear.
We think of all the love that went into whipping and scenting that butter. We think of all time taken to source quality ingredients. And, most importantly, we think about the fact that it still works!
For those who hate the thought of melted butter we recommend insulated shipping. It’s more expensive, but your butter will be wrapped in cold packs, and placed in a cold shield envelope.
But if you’ve selected regular shipping and get a melted product, don’t panic. It’s still good!
It will be lower down in the container. Not because you’ve received less product, but because the air we whipped into it has escaped.
If it’s liquid, put it in the fridge to harden and use it as is! If you want to get fancy, pour the liquid/cream into a bowl and whip it back up with an electric hand mixer (as you would whipped cream or egg whites.)
No matter what you choose to do, you still have an amazing, fragrant, absorbent product!
“When I received the body butter it was liquid and foamy. I put it in the fridge to solidify… I use it every day and I just love how my skin feels, it smells amazing too! The next time I order I will make sure to order the larger container as well as the cold packaging.” — Jasmine on Candy Blended Butter
“My butter melted due to the weather. I will reorder in the winter. My leg spots from bug bites are getting lighter. Will continue to use. My skin and hair are so soft. Love it.” — Shirley on Lavender Whipped Shea Butter
