Munaluchi Bridal Shoot Features Stunning Natural Updo

Munaluchi Bride‘s, recent photo shoot highlighting wedding headpieces is absolutely stunning, but it’s the intricate natural hair styling — done by Khamit Kinks salon — that really steals the show.

Khamit Kinks stylist Anu Prestonia explains how she got the look:

This look was created using the bride’s own hair in a Flat Twists style. Khamit Kinks Stylist Kangue sculpted this creation incorporating Grand Twists using synthetic extension hair and then added the Grand Twists into a pompadour type sculpture to create volume, drama, and to wow them!

  1. Black women are so beautiful, the potential of our natural beauty is not shown enough in the media.

  2. Gorgeous model. But how do people get those teeny, tiny twists in their hair and still keep edges? How does one even get them in!

  3. I can’t imagine this mohawk looking style for a wedding. For a fashion shoot, ok. But a wedding?

  4. Ugh! I follow Munaluchi Bride on IG and I immediately sent this pic to my hairstylist to use next time I had a big event. I thought it would be my little secret, now the whole WORLD knows about this gorgeous style thanks to you guys! 🙁 lol

  5. I have been married for 25 years but I would get married all over again just so that I could wear my hair just like this. Wow. Absolutely gorgeous!

    1. Right ?! The first word that came to my mind was “FIERCE” … Yaaaaaassss, get em girl, this is YOUR DAY !

  6. Love that 2nd dress where she’s turned around and you can see the back. Love her headband and the lace glove-like accessory; don’t care too much for the other two dresses as wedding ceremony dresses, the top dress is a good reception dress. I generally don’t care for the trend of piling too much up hair on top of your head, that being said the stylist has mastered the style.
