But we must admit that we love seeing the gorgeous songstress show a little skin and wear something that accentuates her figure! Monae rocked a sleek swoop curl pompadour and a white low cut tuxedo with black lapels to celebrate her May Essence Magazine cover. Gorgeous!!

I love Janelle’s style. I would never dress like she does but she owns her style. Her style is so unique. She is quirky yet elegant. She manages to be sexy without showing much skin. She wears suits but always looks so feminine. Her style is full of contrasts and I love it.

Wow the whole outfit and hair are on point. I wonder what is the name of the lipstick that she is wearing I love that color? The only down remark that I would make is on model Iman eye makeup it’s very racoonish looking. But the outfits on both ladies look very pretty, and I need to get some of their skin regime because their skin is flawless.

I think she’s the most naturally beautiful black celebrity today. She never gets her due because she’s not rocking a blonde wig or wearing next to nothing, so it’s unfortunate. But she’s stunning. And her hair is gorgeous.
She looks amazing! This woman is constantly giving me life! The suit, the hair, the class and poise- Janelle rocks it EVERY time. She stays out of the tabloids, looks fabulous and is a wonderful example to girls. I always like her style. She definitely is a poster girl to show women and young girls that you don’t have to strip off to get recognition and admiration (in the music business and in life in general – your talent ‘should’ be getting you far). This is one of the few instances where I am 100 percent in love with her look!!! Maybe it’s because she’s wearing white instead of the usual black… I adore the jacket,her makeup is immaculate and the hair is cute.
