Cosby Show actress Tempestt Bledsoe reunited with Bill Cosby on Jimmy Fallon yesterday while rocking an undefined twist out. The gorgeous 39-year-old actress is now starring on the NBC show Guys with Kids. What do you think of the look?

started watching Guys with Kids and when I saw her hair I was pleased to see she hadnt changed her hair since the Cosby days. Her hair looks great and its a source of encouragement and a win for black actresses everywhere bc shes not wigged out like most tv shows want black women to be. I call it the “Black Barbie Doll Effect”! lol!Some black actresses prefer wigs but you can count on your hand how many caucasion actresses wear wigs to protect their hair. Most just wear tracts and clips-in b/c they are under pressure to have long hair…its all about silky and LONG…kinky isnt cute to white america! They need to see themselves in our beauty or they get nervous we’re about to riot or start making more demands**sarcasm** Im sure most actresses aren’t willing to risk their jobs to stand up for their preferences for how they as black women should be portrayed on tv. I’d say most are scared to demand that they be allowed to wear their natural hair.Good for Tempest! she’s representing a demographic of black women that are rarely seen on a major tv network! AND she looks great!She’s fit and healthy-looking and aging very well!

Looks like a WnG, to me. Still, nothing new. She wears her hair like that all the time. When she does an updo is when it’s worth noting.

Her hair is magical! She looks great, and this impromptu reunion was so awesome. The Cosby show is part of a lost era of TV shows that were hilarious and still appropriate for the whole family!

A true natural she looks great! Hair is banging and her outfit is cute. She seems like a very down to earth woman and doesn’t feel the need to be over the top. She was natural before there was a movement.

Not feeling the outfit. Her pants do not fit her right and they don’t compliment her shape. Either way she does have some great hair and pretty skin, along with a dazzling smile.

She did not take too much risk..black and red…simple hairstyle but it works so well. She looks gorgeous…meaning that u don’t need to overdo it to look good 🙂
It’s almost a breath of fresh air to see a celebrity who has simple and casual tastes. There are too many Gagas and Nicki Minaj’s out there. I agree whole heartedly with your comment, you don’t need to be extravagant to be beautiful. I myself prefer simple, refined, classic feminine styles. Nothing too artsy or ‘over the top’. She looks like an adult who prefers simplicity and class over looking like trash. It also shows that just because you have natural kinks and curls it doesn’t mean that you suddenly need to try and be trendy and hip. You can have natural hair and still be simple and cute! Plus, it suits her age.
