5 Blushes That Look Gorgeous on Dark Skin

Dark skinned women of color often scoff at the idea of wearing blush. When we think of blush many of us conjure up images of bright pinks and reds which don’t exactly jive with our natural color palette. However, there are many blushes that work well with our complexion. Here are a few of our top picks:

    1. Their aim is to do full face, professional makeup looks that you usually see people wear on special occasions or when they get dressed up. It’s just a way for the gurus to show off their makeup application skills. It’s not like it’s meant to be an everyday look. I don’t agree the closeups are gross, maybe you aren’t used to it.

      1. It just looks overdone. I see this everyday lol. My best friend does her make-up this way. Almost ALL women (except those who can’t afford or care to wear make-up) look the same with the cake on. I’m just a woman who sees true beauty with just a TAD bit of make-up. Just lipstick, cleaned up eyebrows, and clear skin. That’s amazing to me (: to each their own, yes?
