The foundation options for women of color have been steadily on the rise and we couldn’t be happier. Â From high-end to drugstore, now more than ever, women of all skin tones can find foundations in their shade. If you are on the darker end of the color spectrum, the options become more limited, however, there are some cosmetics brands that do include shades for dark skin women. also, NYX Cosmetics!! They don’t carry the darker shades in most common stores, but they do online and at my local hair store!!

Nice article! BUT, the first foundation for women of color before any of these brands listed was “FLORI ROBERTS”. Great article. I pretty much exclusively use Black Opal products. They have a lot of different lipstick and foundation options that fit my rich complexion.
