OMG! I want to be her. I want her hair, skin, body, attitude, I want it all. I hate that she’s so perfect. If more of us black women could embrace ourselves in all our natural glory, nothing could stop us.

My mother always told me to be happy with how God made me, but, you know, I have never in my young life wanted anything more than to BE Teyonah Harris. No, not like her, I want to BE the woman.
And oh – My favourite natural hair celeb has to be Shingai Shoniwa, I discovered her music waaaayyy before the blow-up of the recent natural movement. She’s the original carefree natural black girl for me!
