  1. I learned that I over manipulate my hair by combing and styling it everyday & it benefits the most from 1 or 2 week protective styling.

I learned that combs did more bad than good for me so I solely finger comb now & my hair has benefited so much from this

  2. I learned to stay focused and stick with the regimen no matter what. Sometimes it can be hard to not get detoured but in the end it is well worth the hassle to have awesome natural hair 🙂

Keep up the good work ladies 🙂

  3. We live in a much busier, fast paced world today and taking time to eat is hard enough let alone eating healthy
so this seemed like the perfect option. You can do a range of kitchen chores from blending fruit in to a smoothie to chopping ice.
Often the Ninja Blaster Preparation which it is known
as just by Ukrainian Professional player is among most beneficial investment strategies that you may
    generate your own kitchen.

  4. I learned that my hair likes routine. I saw a lot a maintenance during the months when I kept the same wash/style routine, and LITERALLY watched my hair break off during the months when I was really lazy. Big help for me.

  5. I learned how to gently detangle my hair. I finger-comb first, then I follow through with a wide-tooth comb.

  6. My hair hates aloe vera juice & anything with coconut or using coconut oil irritates my scalp to the point where it burns. Loves shea butter, which I recent discovered, Evoo, jojoba oil & castor oil. It loves to do its own thing without me trying to control it, which I have learned to accept. I have learned to love every curl strand of my hair & I am glad I made a decision to go natural. It is the best decision I made for myself & I cannot wait to learn even more about my natural hair & myself. Happy New Year, everyone & have a blessed 2014.:-)

  7. I learned the difference between protein &moisture &learned my hair don’t like a lot of protein the morracan clay helps with the detox and I can’t use rose water &aloe mixed have allergic reaction coconut water is a big help

    1. My hair is allergic to aloe, it turns very brittle and dry but most natural products are loaded with that and glycerine and shea butter. All those things in larger quantities lead to brittle dry hair for me.

I really thought articles like ‘my husband hates my hair’ and the one about people touching our hair would be in the top 10.

      1. Dotty,

Those may be in a different top 10. This one is only for hair care, and those are more so controversial topics.
