Did you choose insulated shipping? I want to order more butters but it’s high 80s/low to mid 90s where I am located.
If I was to buy some more of your lotion, I would wait to get it in the winter time because the order I ordered was all melted by time. It got here there by not being fluffy. The thing about that yes I reported it on three different sites and never got a response. Trying to support you but to me that’s bad business.
