I went to the spa to get a royal pedicure and gel manicure. The royal pedicure consist of hot rocks, lotion, callus remover, scrub massage, citrus soak, and a hot towel wrapped on your neck while you’re in the massage chair. But the lotion part though! Like if I’m gonna have a royal treatment I need my premium whipped shea butter instead of that weak lotion at the nail shop.
The lady put oil around my cuticles and was about to reach for the spa lotion. I said “Nope I brought my own,” reached in my favorite Ralph Lauren bag and grabbed my BGLH Lemongrass Whipped Shea Butter.
It was like slow motion, lol. The pedicure girl and two of the workers on either side of me stared in utter shock 😲 But when Nancy began massaging my arms and hands with that lemongrass I felt the stress of the day wash away. I was so relaxed and confident.
No disrespect to the nail salon, but I chose better for me.
