There are two ways to do this;
1. Recommended Method: Go to our Subscription Box listing. It’s set up as a build- your-own-subscription-box, where you can choose as many items as you like, in whatever sizes you like, and select a delivery plan from every 1-6 months.
2. Go to the page of the product you to subscribe to and sign up directly from there.
40% off is automatically applied to monthly subscriptions. 35% off is applied to bi-monthly (every two months) subscriptions. 30% off is applied to subscriptions that recur every 3 months. 25% off is applied to subscriptions that recur every 4, 5 or 6 months. These discounts are locked in and permanent as long as you have your subscription.
Subscription Box members also get automatically upgraded insulated shipping from May through September at no extra cost.
You will be charged when you place your first subscription order. Then you will be charged on each renewal date. Three days before your subscription renews you will receive an email notifying you. Your items will ship 7 to 10 business after payment.
Log into your BGLH Marketplace account, click “Subscriptions”, click “View”, scroll down to “Subscription totals” and click ‘Add Items to Subscription.’ This will take you to the Subscription Box page. Select the size and quantity of the product(s) you want to add.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Subscription Box product listings. Click “Add to an existing subscription” under the “Sign up Now” button. Select the subscription you want to add the items to. You will be taken to your subscription page, in your account dashboard. At the top of the page you will see a confirmation message stating “You have successfully added “Subscription Box”‘. You will not be charged for the added items until your subscription renewal date.
Log into your BGLH Marketplace account, click “Subscriptions”, click “View”, scroll down to ‘Subscription total.’ Click the red X to the left of the item you want to remove. At the top of the page a pop up box asking, “Are you sure you want to remove this item from your subscription?” will appear. Click OK. Your new total will reflect the deleted items.
Log into your BGLH Marketplace account, click “Subscriptions”, then “View”, and scroll down to “Subscription total.”
If the product came from its product page there will be a “Change Quantity” button beneath it. Click the button, enter your desired quantity and click “Save.”
If the product came from the Subscription Box page click “Upgrade or Downgrade.” You will be taken to the Subscription Box page. Edit the quantity of your product and when you are finished scroll down to the end of the Subscription Box listing. Click “Switch subscription.” Your edited subscription will be added to your cart. Go to your cart and check out as you normally would. You will not be charged. (Your cart total and subtotal will show as $0.) Only after you’ve completed checkout will the edits take effect.

When you are finished scroll down to the end of the Subscription Box listing and click “Switch subscription.” Your edited subscription will be added to your cart. Go to your cart and check out as you normally would. You will not be charged. (Your cart total and subtotal will show as $0.) Only after you’ve completed checkout will the edits take effect.
If the product came from its product page you will be taken there. Select your desired size from the drop down menu, then click “Switch Subscription.” Your edited subscription will be added to your cart. Check out as you normally would. You will not be charged. (Your cart total and subtotal will show as $0.) Only after you’ve completed checkout will the changes take effect.
Note: Sample pack product sizes cannot be edited with the “Upgrade or Downgrade” button. To change the sample pack product size you must delete your current sample pack and start a subscription with your desired sample pack size.
Log in to your BGLH Marketplace account, go to “Subscriptions” and click “View”. Under Actions click “Change shipping.” A pop upbox will appear on screen with the Non Insulated and Insulated shipping options. Select your desired option and then click “Save.”
Log into your BGLH account and click on “Subscriptions” from the left sidebar menu. Beside “Actions” click on “Change Payment”, you’ll be taken to a checkout page (but you will not be charged.) Under “Total” enter your new credit card details. Click the black “Change Payment Method” button. You will be returned to your Subscription summary page and a note saying “Payment method updated for all your current subscriptions.” will appear at the top of the screen.
Go to the Subscription Box listing and add the desired scent and size to your cart, for example a Candy 2.5 oz. Once the item is in your cart click out to the BGLH Marketplace home page, and select the Subscription Box listing again. This will refresh the listing. Select your desired scent in a different size, for example Candy 6 oz, and add it to your cart. The Candy 2.5 and 6 oz will show up as two separate subscriptions, but the shipping for both will be combined.
If you need your subscription sooner than its renewal date, log in to your BGLH Marketplace account, go to “Subscriptions” and click “View”. Under “Actions” click “Renew Now.” Your subscription details will come up. Click the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of your subscription summary. The subscription will renew and be processed. Please note, this is only a temporary measure, and your subscription will return to its original date at the next renewal period.
If you want your subscription later than its renewal date, log in to your BGLH Marketplace account, go to “Subscriptions” and click “View.” Under “Actions” click “Suspend.” You can re-start your subscription at any time by logging in to your BGLH Marketplace account, clicking “Subscriptions”, and beside “Actions” clicking “Reactivate.”
When you re-start your subscription it will resume your original subscription schedule. It won’t re-set the start date to the date you resumed your subscription. If you want a new start date or subscription frequency you will need to cancel your subscription and start a new one.
This can only be done by canceling your current subscription. Log in to your BGLH Marketplace account, click on “Subscriptions” and then “View.” Beside “Actions” click “Cancel.” Then go to the Subscription Box page and create a new subscription with your desired frequency.
With daily full-body use our 2.5 oz size lasts up to 3 weeks, our 6 oz size lasts up to 6 weeks and our 12 oz size lasts up to 3 months. The 0.9 oz sample size can provide up to one week of daily full-body use.
The shelf life of our products is one year.
