Instead of having to catch sales when they happen, our Subscription Box gives you LOCKED IN discounts ranging from 45% to 60% off depending on the frequency of your subscription. That’s like Black Friday every time you order.
And you can completely customize your own box — the products, the frequency — everything. You can change your items and shipping method/frequency as often as you want, right from your BGLH Marketplace account. So if you want to try new butters, it’s as easy as a few clicks.
Our goal with the Subscription Box is to make it easy for BGLH Marketplace to be a consistent part of your life! We’re hoping it does that for you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your BGLH Marketplace account, but once you try it, we’re guessing you won’t. 😉

How do I sign up for a Subscription Box?
Go to our Subscription Box listing. It’s set up as a ‘build- your-own-subscription-box’, where you can choose as many items as you like, in whatever sizes you like, and select a delivery plan from every 1-4 months.
What discounts come with the Subscription Box?
60% off is automatically applied for monthly subscriptions. 55% off is applied for bi-monthly (every two months) subscription. 50% off is applied for a subscription that recurs every 3 months. 45% of is applied for a subscription that recurs every 4 months. These discounts are locked in and permanent as long as you have your subscription.
How am I charged for the Subscription Box?
You will be charged for the first period when placing your subscription order. Shipping is calculated normally, with non-insulated, insulated and curbside options. You will then be billed when each renewal period occurs. You will receive notification of your billing via email. Your items will ship within 1 to 3 business days of your renewal.
How do I change items in my Subscription Box?
Log in to your BGLH Marketplace account, go to “My Subscription” and click “Upgrade or Downgrade.” You will be taken to the Subscription Box listing. Edit your selection to include the products you want. You will be prompted to go through the checkout process again. You will not be charged during the checkout process. Your checkout balance will be $0. Once you complete the checkout process your subscription items will have been updated.
How do I change my shipping method?
Shipping method changes can only happen by making edits to your subscription items. Log in to your BGLH Marketplace account, go to “My Subscription” and click “Upgrade or Downgrade.” You will be taken to the Subscription Box listing. Edit your current selection. You can make a minor change, like adding a 0.9 oz butter, or adjusting the size of a butter. You will be prompted to go through the checkout process again and can switch to your desired shipping method at that point. You will not be charged during the checkout process. Your checkout balance will be $0. Once you complete the checkout process your shipping method will have been updated.
How do I add two sizes of the same product?
Go to the Subscription Box listing and add the desired scent and size to your cart, for example a Candy 2.5 oz. Once the item is in your cart click to the BGLH Marketplace home page, and select the Subscription Box listing again. This will refresh the listing. Select your desired scent in a different size, for example Candy 6 oz, and add it to your cart. The Candy 2.5 and 6 oz will show up as two separate subscriptions, but the shipping for both will be combined.
How do I change the frequency of my subscription?
This can only be done by canceling your current subscription. Log in to your BGLH Marketplace account, go to the “My Subscription” tab. Beside “Actions” click “Cancel.” Then go to the Subscription Box listing and creating a new subscription with the desired frequency.
