The British Hair Awards recently took place, and winner Lisa Farrall’s creations, shot by Luke Nugent, are nothing short of spectacular. The Armour Collection, paying homage to African culture, represents beauty, strength, and a unique quality that is often difficult to capture. These beautiful styles earned Farrall awards for Afro Hair Stylist of the Year, Natural Stylist of the Year, and Weave Stylist of the Year. Werk!

  2. This is sooo cool. I LOVE LOVE LOVE AFROFUTURISM! I’m reading this afrofuturist book right now called “This Black” by Ajali Shabazz – it’s just SOOO good! The books are good, the movies are good, the fashion is good! I just love this entire genre so so much.
