the First Lady decided to get in on it herself… and she went all the way in.

We can now *clearly* understand why Michelle Obama has a toned physique and those incredible arms, as the video shows her jumping rope, doing ab exercises with a weighted ball, squat jumps, dumbbell presses, and boxing.

She ends the bomb video with a cool… “Dont’ forget. Always drink up.”

Yes indeed.

Since being released 13 hours ago the video has garnered 2.3 million views.
