Our butters are shipped cross country all year long — even in high temperatures! This is because we use insulated packaging to keep them from melting in transit.
But here’s the catch — your mailbox is NOT your friend.
Even with insulation, our butters are no match for the oven-like temperatures of a metal mailbox sitting in the sun. So far this year, we’ve received only six reports of melted butter. And in four of those cases, the package was left in a hot mailbox for hours or even days.
Please don’t let this happen to you!
✅ Track your order and grab your package as soon as it arrives.
✅ Have it delivered to a shaded area or brought inside if possible.
✅ Ask a neighbor to pick it up if you’re not home.
Remember, our butters are all-natural and contain no synthetic stabilizers, so they’re more sensitive to heat than drugstore products.
