In 2022 we launched our new subscription service which allows you to choose products to be sent every 1 to 6 months.
We are trying to reach 3,000 subscribers by the end of 2026 to help grow and stabilize the business. We have 780 so far! Sign up to help us reach our goal.
Here are a few things to know about the Subscription Box;
1. Many subscribers have passed the two-year mark! We launched our Subscription Box in October 2022 and many of our earliest subscribers are still subscribed to and enjoying the program!
2. The Subscription Box is not a contract, and can be canceled or paused at any time via your BGLH Marketplace account dashboard.Â
3. Subscriptions can come in any size! Because they are completely customizable. We have subscriptions that range in price from $7 to $700!
4. You can edit the contents of your subscription at any time right from your BGLH Marketplace account dashboard.
5. Some customers want us to surprise them. So we added an option where you choose what size you want and let us pick the scent for you.

I received my order and all the containers are less than half full, one of which liquid is at the bottom! I would not ever order anything from them again. Not worth the money I paid for the 3 containers. I would really like a refund for the purchase !

I’m sorry to hear this! It looks like the package was going to Arizona and you didn’t select insulated shipping. We highly recommend the insulation for temperatures above 75 degrees or the butters will melt and deflate (the volume will go down.) The good news is they are still fragrant, usable, absorbent and effective, even melted! Because you are getting the same weight (amount) of product, they will last the same amount of time as if they were whipped.

Hi, love your products, I’m in Cali but grew up in NJ and I know as it cools down, there,l. I want to make your product my Xmas gift for several people. Do you do any special packaging for Xmas ?
We currently don’t have gift packaging, but stay tuned. We’re working on it!
Can you gift subscriptions to others?
Great question! And yes! Just put the home of the gift recipient as your shipping address.
This subscription is great,only reason I haven’t join I live in Florida the weather is unpredictable. so I order based on the temperature and look out for package notices from PO to get it out the mailbox since I am home . Love these Butters really great.
Questions
1. My last order came late and was delivered in my mail box on Yesterday and is still totally liquid like melted ice cream. I can’t use this, do I get a replacement?
2. With a subscription, if there is a sale, do we get the sales price for the items?

Hi Syles! I’m sorry for your disappointment about the melting! If you selected regular shipping you can send the product back for a full refund! If you selected insulated shipping you can send the product back (we’ll cover your shipping costs) and we’ll ship out a replacement.
The subscription box is already discounted, and sales can’t be added on top of it. However this range of discounts (45% to 60% off) are the deepest discounts we offer on our products.
