Let’s face it, when the weather starts heating up the last place most us want to be is in a stuffy office. We’d all rather spend our days brunching with the girls or lounging by the beach. But alas, somebody has got to pay those bills, so the office it is. Even though you may be spending much of the spring and summer indoors, it doesn’t mean you have to forgo your personal style.
Whether it’s a maxi dress or brightly colored skirt, it is possible to be both stylish and seasonly appropriate in the workplace. The stylish ladies below are proof-positive that fashion and the office can mix, and they can mix quite nicely. Take a look at the following style bloggers for inspiration:

Which look would you rock to the office?
The women and outfits are beautiful, but since when is a leather jacket seasonal or weather appropriate for the summer? Perhaps in the Midwest?
Nope. It’s hot here too… 🙂
I like most of them…Excellent for the office too.
I have a denim dress similar to the one in the picture that I wore to work last week. Other than that…while I like a lot of the looks here, they only serve to remind me of how long it’s been (15 years at least, half of that in IT and half of that in academia) since I’ve worked anywhere that required such elaborate dressing up. Keep in mind that for me “elaborate” equates to “high heels” and “fabrics that require dry-cleaning.” 🙂
These are all great looks! I love the mustard jumpsuit most. For some reason, I’ve never thought to look for professional-looking jumpsuits for work. Definitely going to be using that tip!
